1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (customs delays may apply)

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

3. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Afterpay or Klarna (if available)

All transactions are secured and encrypted.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, we may have already processed the order and cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Include the following when you reach out:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue
